Exterior Property Design
2D & 3D modeling of client’s infrastructure and real estate features. This is one key aspect of “Me3D Services.” We will render your structures with as high of quality as desired, and geo-code it with at least single point of reference for your real-world location(s).
Interior Property Design
3D renderings of client’s place of business. This is the 2nd key aspect of “Me3D Services.” We are willing to model as much detail from within as is desired, including 3D modeling of merchandise and how product is displayed within the business. This is mainly to assist end users (your customers) with virtual walk-throughs, identifying products, and familiarizing themselves even more with your business. But it may also have built-in advantages of offering you ways to floor plan and help orient staff to the work environment. If internal security is important (places where no one is allowed to go), that can be addressed, easily, with our design team. We show only what you want to have shown.
Floor and Site Plans
2D renderings that overview the place of business from the inside and outside (as desired). We provide artistic, customer friendly floor plans to add another level of modeling your business for your core customer base. A basic (2D) floor plan serves as the baseline from how we are best able to render our 3D models.
Signs and Branding
We are in the business of modeling real-world elements. And signs that promote and identify your business to the community are important part of this. This is generally a part of our Exterior Design services, but we can also model signs in the community, i.e. Billboards, which advertise your business and your brand. And displays that are on or around your property, are items to be considered for this added level of modeling.
Enhancements
This is where “GeoWeb” comes into the picture. Here we geotag or geo-reference your modeled data. These are the details that can add value to the rendered models. Like adding mouse-over tags for what an item is (and other location type data). Or perhaps you wish to depict paths / routes for how the public can get to your business from particular locations. Maybe you want to convey measurements of objects or space between such elements on your property. There are many details we’ve thought of, and some that you will tell us about. But the enhancements are what adds style and “geek factor” to the virtual world.
Stay Connected
GeoWeb may be the next generation of surfing the web, but our goal isn’t to move users away from the traditional approach. Our mission is to enhance what’s already available on websites and add a geo presence to that for our business clients. So, we offer ways to ensure your (2D) website and pages are connected to the 3D virtual site. There is much that can be linked and we want to make sure your core customer base is staying connected to your web pages, to your content, as well as connected to your GeoWeb data.
Mash-Ups and Added Web offerings
This is where “Me2D services” comes into play. If you have an already fully functioning website that is up to speed with the many ways you can interface with your core customer base, then perhaps there is not much more we can do for you, apart from connection to the GeoWeb offerings mentioned above. But, if you are looking for innovative ways to inform and market your business, then our Add-Ons are designed to help you in a customized way. Perhaps you’d like a blog to share updates on products and services, or to give a voice to key staff who connect with the community. How about a discussion forum to help with customer service? There is much here that we can provide and we will gladly share with you our capabilities that are blending traditional websites with the GeoWeb.
Central Services
This is an item that is coming soon. Our desire is to be a portal for local (Fox Cities or Northeast Wisconsin) consumers to find business information in an innovative, organized and easy to use medium. Like a Yellow Pages online. So, for all of our clients we will essentially “tag your data” with idea that a site will be created by us to help people in the local community find what they are looking for, when they want it. And we will “feed” the data from your GeoWeb data to any consumer that wants to stay up with your “happenings” through a community type web portal.
Hosting
We provide web hosting of all the data that is mentioned in our Offerings. We can bill monthly, semi annually or yearly, and we house your data in ways that are secure, reliable and fast. At this time, we do not offer hosting for clients who are not adding our data services to their account. There are many hosting providers around for such purposes, and if not sure of any, feel free to send in request via our Contact Form, and we will be glad to pass along some ideas for such providers.
